This portal enables you to purchase (if required) and add funds to your ePAY card—whether it’s for:

No matter your program, the steps to log in, purchase, and load funds are similar.

GET YOUR CARD READY IN 2 EASY STEPS

STEP 1 | LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  • If you already have an ePAY Online Payment account, enter your email and password to log in.
  • If you do not have an account, click “Create an Account” and follow the registration prompts.

STEP 2 | LOAD FUNDS TO THE CARD

  • After logging in click "Top-Up Card".
  • Follow the prompts to load your card. If your program requires a card purchase fee, the amount is automatically added to the final total on the Checkout page.
  • Once purchased, we’ll print or finalize your card details as required.

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Before you purchase or top up any ePAY card, make sure you’ve completed all prerequisite enrollment or registration steps for your program (e.g., school enrollment or corporate onboarding). If you are unsure, please confirm with your Program Administrator. Your card must be purchased (if applicable) and funded before it can be used for purchases.
