  • Log In to your NCB Online Banking Platform.
  • Navigate to "Bill Payments" then "Add a Payee".
  • Under the "Financial and Mortgage Inst" category search for "Norbrook Transaction Services Limited".
  • Add a nickname for this new Payee.
  • Add the ePAY cardholder name in the "Customer Name" field.
  • Add the 16-digit ePAY card account number in the "Account Number" field
  • Save that Payee.
  • To top up the ePAY card just saved, complete a bill payment to that Payee.
